Rose Bouquet P-09 comes from Granja El Paraíso 92 in Cauca, Colombia - one of the most innovative coffee farms in the world. Led by producer Wilton Benitez, the farm combines traditional coffee growing with custom-built fermentation technology, microbiology labs, and precise quality control systems to create coffees that consistently push the boundaries of flavour.

This Pink Bourbon lot undergoes a highly controlled anaerobic fermentation followed by the farm’s signature thermal shock process before being slowly dried to preserve its complex aromatics.

The cup is exactly what the name promises.

Think fresh roses, lavender, ripe strawberry, raspberry, lychee, and passion fruit wrapped up in a silky, candy-like sweetness.
