As a Bright Jenny Barista, you are the curator of the experience our customers have when they engage with our brand. Bright Jenny operates on the belief that coffee is a beautiful medium for connection, ESPECIALLY with a little personality, any experience with our space, team, and product embodies this philosophy through and through. Simply put, you are a coffee wizard and nerd (in a good way), someone who enjoys iterating on and improving their skills around coffee each and every shift.
You have immaculate attention to detail and are a neat freak - dirty things make you angry. Cultivating an experience for our customers is a priority, and you do this by producing high-end specialty coffees, personable interactions, and clean spaces. You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and like nothing more than iterating on and perfecting.

Working in a Bright Jenny Kitchen Position, you are SUPER passionate about making oh so tasty food. You’ll primarily be responsible for keeping stuff stocked by prepping sandwiches & wraps, supported by a delicious cast of baked goods. Focusing on sourcing as many local ingredients as we can is part of our problem-free philosophy, and the idea of working alongside the Bright Jenny Leadership team to create new menu items tickles your fancy.
At Bright Jenny, we pride ourselves on working as a big ol’ team across all operations - the idea of both training and working alongside kitchen staff and baristas alike, while chipping in on the neverending flow of dishes is something you take on with the fury of a thousand storms.
