His approach sits somewhere between farmer, scientist and relentless tinkerer - pairing meticulous growing practices with a microbiology lab, custom-built equipment and an incredible amount of control over fermentation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAnd the coffees are plain ridiculous.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003eAt around 1,900 MASL, Granja Paraíso 92 sits in the volcanic soils of Cauca.
